mpnp medical not recived file send to sydney nova scotia according to new rule

I sended my file to cic nova scotia after approval at jan 2012 but not recived my medical after 4 month.but those who send their file in CHC new delhi india...they got their medical after 15 days of reciving file....anybody to share experiance

I also sended my file to cic nova scotia after approval at Feb 2012. I recived AOR on 26 march 2012. but, not received my medical . pls. tell u applied in which stream.
