Tell your friend to go to Immigartion office in Winnipeg or to Regional Connection they will provide the information how you can be sponsored.

I scanned the complete website of Manitoba immigration. But one thing i could not understand whether the skilled worker overseas need to score 600-700 points in EOI as it is nearly impossible to get without stratigic initiative thing or ongoing employment from 6 months. And a friend fetches only 50 points.

Any help?

The regular draws for 2017 haven't started yet. You should have seen/noticed while calculating score is that friend sponsor points are less than familial links. the difference in points would be seen when you fill in expression of interest. for a close relative you can get 200 points and a friend can only give 50 points. I am not saying that your are not eligible nor i am demoralizing you here but the fact is these things do make a lot of difference.

Any more info you need , reply or pm me.. would be happy to help you. :D

Hello all,

There's something i dont understand in the EOI
In the number years of full time Work Experience in the last 5 years, i claimed 5years which i have and i expected to have the full score of 175 allotted to it, but my score keeps giving me 75 for work experience, what could be wrong? At least i got d full marks of 125 out of 125 for Education, so what could be wrong with work experience?
Please assist.

Hi @h1tman, are you sure about this? Is that the route you took?

You could only get max 75 points with work experience , the rest hundred are for those whose job is recognised with licensing body.
