MPNP Family Support Stream (querries) Need Help

Good Day,

I want to apply under family support stream thru mail and my sponsor is my sister.

IELTS result is really one of the requirements? although I'm a BS Commerce graduate and working for more than 3yrs as a accounting clerk. Do I need to take the IELTS?

Please help nedd answer.. thanks a lot...

Addition:

Instead of IELTS Result, can I submit Certificate of English Proficiency issued by the School where i Graduated in College which is the mode of instruction is English.

IELTS is must buddy...But for MPNP the score is very low...So don't worry. And try to submit online application for faster processing.
