I have a question about "Factor 6: Risk Assessment" under the Manitoba PNP - EOI ranking system.
I am graduated from Ontario, So it will deduct 100 points for "Studies in another province".
However, I also work off-campus during study time(Study Permit). It that will be the "Work experience in another province" which I might deduct another 100 points?
