MPNP Draw 40-Close Relative query

Hi All,

I have got LAA in 40 draw of MPNP.
My brother in law(My sister's husband) is there in manitoba.
I am unable to find this relation in the drop down of Relative details.

Can someone pls help me immediately and guide me?

If you claimed 200 points in EOI for sponsor as being your close relative, then brother-in-law is not considered as close relative. However you can choose you sister as close relative (If you already have claimed 200 points). Please refer the link given below to find out who can be your close relative as sponsor:

On the other hand, if you have claimed 50 points for distant relative, then choose distant relative in the drop down menu.....
