Finally I got my nomination from MPNP after exactly 6 months. I am inland worker in Winnipeg.
However, this time they just sent me an email with only the nomination letter. They did not give any instruction for the next step in CIC. I think I will have to follow this link:

Base on the above link, I will not have to prove again the degree as well as employment. That is why I am wonder if it is not the right link. Please correct me if it is not the right one.
