MPNP Approved waiting for PR

I have applied for Pr on June 24 2015 after getting my PNP apprived from Manitoba.. Medical examination done on May 10 2016. received on june 10 2016. STILL WAITING FOR PASSPORT REQUEST.
PLEASE REPLY IF SOMEBODY ELSE HAS THE SAME TIMELINE

I have applied for Pr thru PNP, my AOR in Nov 2018. Then my Medical examination done and passed in June 2019. STILL WAITING FOR PASSPORT REQUEST. I called CIC and they said everything looks good so far. No additional doc required. My application send to Winnipeg CIC office for processing . My portal showing the estimated period until March 14, 2020.
My work permit was expired in Aug 2019. So I applied for an extension but still didn't get any update from them. Only I got an info that, they send my work permit application as well to Winnipeg CIC office.
PLEASE REPLY IF SOMEBODY ELSE HAS THE SAME TIMELINE
