MPNP Application Submitted

Hi Sir/ Ma'am,
I submitted my MPNP application last July,2014 and until now the application status is "RECEIVED". I thought with in 6 months you will get the results. (Its almost 9 months)
Do I still have a chance? Does anyone knows why they don't release any information with regards on all the results?
I'm still hoping.

either they might have reached quota or will process under new rules that are unkown.
Did you try reaching them?

No, I didn't try to reach them as per advised. But they should inform all applicants either they reach quota or having a new rules. They should email us or having updated the application status. Do you have any news? ;-)
