My Sister after receiving the nomination letter in Jan, 2016 (from MPNP) send her documents for application of Permenant residence in April, 2016 but her application returned with objection that she didn't send her prove of payment (receipt of payment), she applied for extension and received extension letter.
Now she has to apply once again with all the same documents but question "is she can use the same form as was signed and sent in April, 2016 or she need to send a new form with new date signed".
Any one please reply.
