I applied in September 22 2016. Status is assessment pending.

Hi , My name is atul. I am connected with a person through social media from last one month and asked him if he can sponsor me for Manitoba PNP. He is living in Manitoba from last 4 years and received his PR status and about to receive his PR card in next 2 months. He is ready to sponsor me too. But few query are as follows:

1. Is the minimum period of 1 year is applicable after getting PR card or he is already eligible since he is living from last four years and got his PR status?
2. If he nominates me and he wants to move out from Manitoba once I landed there, can he (the sponsor) will be eligible to do so or restricted to move because he has sponsored my settlement plan?

haven't receive any message from MPNP for the last 2 months, status is still on "information requested" should i still have a chance to receive LOA or is it a sign that i should withdraw my application?

My current status is submitted...its from last 6 months..this is so becuase from october 2016 mpnp was taking file for those candidates who are in strategic requirement...am still waiting for my file update...god please help me
