I think from the time they say they received your application in the AOR.
For example, i got AOR in March saying they received my application in Jan, so I think they will count the 15 months from Jan.

your 15 months starts from the day you recieved AOR, well, most visa office operates on 12 months, some 5 months, london visa office, and all those south american Visa office are fast, 5 months ur tru, but some, huummm, ok

Hello all,

I have some queries regarding PCC. As a Principal Applicant, I will have to include my spouse as my dependent in CIC Application. Is PCC required to be dispatched in CIC Application for both (me and my spouse, likewise MR) OR is it required only for me (the Principal Applicant, likewise IELTS result), as this specific requirement is not mentioned in Document Checklist (IMM5690E)?

Second, is the original PCC should be dispatched to CIC Application or only a photocopy of it will be enough?

I would be appreciate the reply.

Regards,

Noor

I don't know the answer to the first part of your question, but as far as the copy goes, You need to send the original and not a copy.

Finally! After 2+ years of waiting, there's finally movement on my application. My sponsor is a family friend and my skillset is I.T.

Application sent - April 30, 2014
Received AOR - May 2, 2014
Sponsor send SP - May 30, 2014
Assessment Pending - January 7, 2015
Sponsor Interview - July 6, 2016
