No one said this process will be fair and short. It is a privilege to apply for permanent residence and not our right. The thing is, not all of us will qualify under the EE system. Well, all of us would as we have nominations, but it is not to say that allof us would have been nominated after EE was implemented. We just need to suck it up and wait, besides, we have been busy with this process for +-2 years, what is another couple of months in a mans life? ;D

I think from the time they say they received your application in the AOR.
For example, i got AOR in March saying they received my application in Jan, so I think they will count the 15 months from Jan.
