Yup, I submitted them in person a couple of moths ago at my local VO. Have not had any update since then so I sent them a CSE on the 16th of June and they replied that I will be answered in the next 30 days concerning whether they received the PCC and if I should go for medicals now.

Will keep you updated

My CIC stage is not started yet but I want to plan & prepare for it. As in form # IMM5690 (Document Checklist) it is mentioned as follows:

Police Certificates and Clearances

You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a
row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the
CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO
without them. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid
future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.

Should we submit PCC with CIC Application or when the CIC Officer ask later for it? Please let my know what is suitable and most practiced by the MPNP candidates?

It is advisable to send PCC in the application package to cic .
But if you cant arrange it, can be sent later when asked .
I sent with the application package

Amen IJMN!

It's better if you have the certificates ready when you are sending your documents to CIC.
It was taking a long time to get mine so i sent my documents without PCC, and i got them later to submit when they ask for them.
It's ok to do that too.
The only problem is, i donno when they'll ask for them, and I don't want my certificates to expire before they ask.
