Actually my question was that my sponsor living in a basement on rent basis in winnipeg and landload have also applied anyone else now my immigration lawyer is saying mpnp canont accept two applications from same aderess ..........am soo stressed ....it is right

yes brother it is true.. only one sponsor from one address can send documents.. and priority goes to the owner of that specific address.
ask your sponsor to change for address.(if it is possible hopefully it will help you to easy file process.)

Have Patience brother and wait for official reply from embassy.Best way is to ask your sponsor to change address and rent a house of any native Canadian to avoid such condition again.(If your sponsor agree and have no issues to do so.)

am just thinking aloud!!!!!!!

I am thinking of the processing gap between EE applicants and paper based. The former get done within 6th the and the latter 15 months. Is it that security check are not done on EE applications. Or that the immigration officers take 9 months (15 less 6 ) to enter the paper application into the system.

Some of us (ie applicants from 2013) in mpnp actually submitted online, so can't they just let us also enroll via cic online system....... just thinking aloud
No one said this process will be fair and short. It is a privilege to apply for permanent residence and not our right. The thing is, not all of us will qualify under the EE system. Well, all of us would as we have nominations, but it is not to say that allof us would have been nominated after EE was implemented. We just need to suck it up and wait, besides, we have been busy with this process for +-2 years, what is another couple of months in a mans life? :P :o ;D :D ;)

Yup, I submitted them in person a couple of moths ago at my local VO. Have not had any update since then so I sent them a CSE on the 16th of June and they replied that I will be answered in the next 30 days concerning whether they received the PCC and if I should go for medicals now.

Will keep you updated

@ Druce I pray they give you an update very soon.

I have watched your profile and I believe an answer will soon come.

Congratulations Znafier!

Man, I got my Police clearance certificates from US and India in April, and I applied for the US one in January. That's how long they take to give a PCC here since it has to be issued by FBI.
I am just wondering how long it's gonna be before they ask me for mine because i don't want them to 'expire' and then they ask me to apply new ones again. That's gonna be even longer.
Do you know what the typical expiration on those is? because the certificate doesn't really say anything about an expiration date, it's just something CIC considers.
And, I don't even know what Visa office my file is at, to submit them. Do you know how i can find out about that? It's already been more than 3 months since my AOR.
