After getting the LOA, the next step is to apply to CIC using that nomination letter.
You can check these links for that:

1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp
2. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp
3. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

Download all the forms and read the instructions multiple times before filling them up and sending them.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks Noorulhuda. Really appreciate your prompt response.

Thanks Ayokunlex01 for your suggestions. I got an idea about receiving AOR from tending timelines of others that it will take at least 6 months from MPNP Application Status: Received to MPNP Application Status: Assessment Complete.

I have only read about PPR (Passport Request). You will only get one e-mail asking to submit your Passports.

How many months pregnant is your wife? Which country did you take your medical check up? My wife is pregnant too but we are hoping we can proceed with xray with the use of some protection for the baby. Of not then it might delay our application. We are in italy btw.

Hi My Friend:

We got our new baby on May 18,and I'm from China. My VO is in HongKong.

My wife finished her medical exam last Monday(June 20,2016) and I just find out my CIC status have updated as "Medical Results have been received".

Yes,it's true that my application have been delayed for 3 month because of this. Anyway, it begin to restart again.

Best wishes for all of us!

Med Done: Jun 20,2016
