After getting the LOA, the next step is to apply to CIC using that nomination letter.
You can check these links for that:

3. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

Download all the forms and read the instructions multiple times before filling them up and sending them.

I got my file transfer to my local visa office(NDVO) and they send me an email with AOR yesterday. Within just 17days of confirmation from CIC. see my timeline below.
File received : 2nd March
UCI/Application No from CIC : 24th Arpil
AOR(NDVO) : 11th May.
...................
Now waiting for MR.

Congrats dear...

I have a question...
my file was transfered to manila by CIC.
Manila office asked me for Medical nd also for fees.
everything has done on 29 march.
after that they transfer my file to NDVO on 19 April.
got an email from Manila office but
I didn't receive any email from NDVO.
should I ask to NDVO about my file?

first let me know where are you from ? and what is your relation with India and Philippines? where are you now ?
