My Sponsorer is now moving to some other state,,,, will this effect my case???

Status: Assessment in process


My Sponsored got His Interview done a week back...
i m waiting for my interview.

1) Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
Who needs to fill out this application form?

This form must be completed by:

You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not.

My Question is do I need to make two copies of this form I should fill one and my spouse to fill another one because my children are below 18 years?


2) In the Supplementary travel Information form, I haven't travel out of country I filled did not travel for me and my spouse in the children name should I state "Not Applicable" because they are under 18 or I should leave it blank.

Jus checked out if your online status says that complete instead of in process then it will take 10 days maximum. If it is still in process then you have to wait till its converted into complete.

All you need in those two links. Go through everything thoroughly and you wont have any problem submitting you application. If there is any uncertainty dont hesitate to ask

There is not definite answer to this question, it depends on the officer and how far the application has been processed. For some, its 10 days (like myself), for others it takes a couple of months.

All you can do is be positive, check your e-mails and keep an eye on your online status. All of the best of luck to you my friend.

Hello nikidada when you submitted your file to cic eject date?? Mine is 9th november tracked online by courier company .

yes it's correct there's no definite answer, my sponsor was interview last 03 Dec, and finaly we got the LOA yesterday 29 Dec. It's was a blessed New Year for my family.
