My IELTs also got expired my date of application was July 30 2014 under friend stream my online status still assessment pending so I guess I need to take ielts exam again right guys...good luck everyone still waitin prayin and hopin

Yes, Take a date for exams as soon as possible to avoid delay. Seeing at your application date, You will get update very soon. My application date is end of april '14. And my sponsor got interviewed before 10 days.

So, checked my e-mail this evening and received a mail from CIO / CIC stating that they have received our application, that it is complete, that they received the funds and Your application has now been placed into processing.

Also received a UCI and application EP00.... number.

Can I get a WHOOP WHOOP 8) ;D

1) Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
Who needs to fill out this application form?

This form must be completed by:

You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not.

My Question is do I need to make two copies of this form I should fill one and my spouse to fill another one because my children are below 18 years?


2) In the Supplementary travel Information form, I haven't travel out of country I filled did not travel for me and my spouse in the children name should I state "Not Applicable" because they are under 18 or I should leave it blank.

If your application is successful, you and your family members will receive status as permanent residents of Canada. Some conditions will apply:

You will remain a permanent resident until you become a Canadian citizen, as long as you spend at least two (2) years of each five (5) year period in Canada. Otherwise you will lose your status.
You may leave and re-enter Canada as often as you wish.


I already applied to CIC. Now if I get the visa then can I directly go to different province other than Manitoba and Do an MBA?

Yes you are correct, but if MPNP realises you did not settle in Manitoba they will reject subsequent application from your sponsor.

Congrats, don't worry you will get it very soon. For me took 2 weeks to receive the LOA on Dec 14.

After received LOA from Online application,
I need to submit file to CIC at my local visa office(in mycase its New Delhi,India).
after submit my file to CIC, They will do the employer verification.
MPNP will only do inquiry of my Sponsor who lived in Manitoba.
