On the second form, leave applicant name column blank... just fill spouse name and further his mother, father, sister and brother information...

Thanks so much I am a bit confused , one of a good forum met advising me that as I have to fill my husband name as applicant. Please dear friends, I need another person opinion about this issue I am a bit confused what to do

Hello Everybody,

I'm new to this forum and need your help.
I'm July'14 application and my application status is 'Application Pending'.
Now after such a long wait I'm in a situation where my sponsor has decided not to support and withdraw.
And he may have submit written application at Winnipeg office too for not to do so.

Please suggest if i have any options to look for and how MPNP deal such situations ?
And what are the applicant rights in such case ?

Hi,

As u and ur sponsor have waited nearly one and half year then why not wait for bit longer ? Ur not far away from outcome of ur application, and also try to convince ur sponsor that this withdrawal will be affected future application for ur sponsor for sure. So pls dont loose hope and be positive by end of thi year ur turn will come... Good luck mate

Hi jindal, yes you can. From what i know IELTS is not necessary for your job code. Do include the expired one in your application though. Mine expired the month after I submitted my application. I have not yet received AOR but I am 100% sure it will be accepted.

Anyways, if your IELTS score is not bad 5-6 or so, and it is required to be valid they will just ask you to send them a valid one.

If your IELTS score is not good, redo it anyway and try to score better and send that in (this is just my opinion)

Or uploaded IELTS academic can be the reason of application status as Recieved ?

As far as I know it must be the General IELTS and not the academic. Rather redo it and be safe than sorry at a later stage.

Dear friends, I really need your help, I finish my application and only need police clearance certificate and photos, today we manage to have a picture of mine and spouse according to CIC requirement but could not get proper picture for our kids 2 year and 3 months. Do you know is there any problem if we send the pictures even though it does not feet its requirements

I have kids almost as yours, 2.8 yrs and 8 months, the pictures are fine, it takes few clicks definitely... Measure yourself the head size as per the specifications given....

I heard the saskatchewan skilled worker occupation in demand application is on. I have started filling the application but my question I hope it wont affect my application in MPNP, My Pre-application SCORE IS 60 because I don't have a close relative in Saskatchewan just a friend there please what are my chances and how fast can I receive a nomination?

Don't be upset and hush things up.... Placing your application in province other than Manitoba will surely have an impact on MPNP as they will assess that you intend to leave Manitoba at any point of time, which will be counted as negative by the assessment officer as your application is still in process... So careful bro..

Hello friends,

I'm from India.
I have IELTS result dated 5th April 2014.
Application date 21st April 2014.(current status : assessment pending)
My calculated/estimated LOA date : January/February. (as my friend got LOA, his applied on starting of March)
My IELTS will expired in 5th April 2016.
Now after receive LOA from them, In India, My CIC immigration office at new Delhi, and they takes 6 months of process time till visa issue.
Should I give IELTS exam again ?

Dear friends I come again to ask you one more question, as far as I re call there was an option on generic application form it says that chokes visa processing office. Where should I have to choices, right??
