Hello friends, one of my friend from India got his LOA this morning . . .

Applied in GS on 15th Feb 2014
Sponsor Interviewed 15 april 2015
Second time sponsor interviewed on 29th Oct 2015
Job verification on 28th Oct 2015

His interview was not conducted. He did not received any call from MPNP.

He comes under Category B, do he need to submit his Ielts score card again as it expired earlier ?

So it can be said that right now feb and march applicants of General stream are receiving their respective LOA's. I think it would be another 3 months for the june 2014 applicants. So will have a news abt ours application in new year 2016. May be it compensate the lateness with quick process in CIC stage. Touch wood.

I got LOA NOV 14
but as i mentioned officer ask for higher score IELTS,during my sponsor interview.
so I prepare document to send CIC.
It make me confused should i send new IELTS to officer.
also my NOC is 2241 B

Good day of life; LOA received by email today 18/11/2015 App;22/2/2014 ; Sponsor interview 6/11/2015. NOC 3232. Ready for filing case CIC. Can fee be paid on line to expedite the cass ?/ or by draft is better. Thanx Govender .Keep helping friends .

congrats R Brar Ours is almost same timeline.Am 28 feb 2014 applicant and my sponsor got interview call on nov 9. Now my status is assessment in process. Hoping for LOA soon.....R u from Punjab, India.

Age : 10 Points
Education : 20 points
Work exp. : 16 points
Language : 6
Adaptability : 5

Total = 57 out of 55

Reasion is based on you ielts result and specifically your reading score.

My IELTS score is (L=5.5, R=3.5, W=5.0, S=5.5) Overall =5.0. and it is complies within CLB4 criteria.




My application is paper application and applied in Nov 2012. after 3 years they given this type of decision.

Is any have idea about request to mpnp. If yes, so please guide me.

Its shocking to hear that. But i think ur ielts score is really very low. You must have consult a good immigration agent who guide u before u have applied. Individual 5.5 is must in any category for pr. Thought it is saddening that u have waited for this answer for 3 long years. In terms of challenging this decision you have to go to a good immigration iccrc member. I think he only can judge.

I got my approval letter recently, and i wanted to know if we need to apply the paper based form or the electronic form?
I am under the "Skilled worker overseas" stream.
Can I apply in express entry or just regular?
If someone could give me the link to the page where I can find the application packet, it would really be helpful.

Thank God for his mercy and favour; one question though the Nomination Latter is just one, for the principal applicant only i guess it covers my Wife and Son?
