I just want to ask if me and my sponsor will have a phone interview since our status is pending or the interview will go through after our status change to process. Appreciate your advise. Thank you!

It depends if whether they will call you for an interview, if they have some clarification, they will, but most of the time, interview will be on your sponsor. In my case in 2014, my status changed from pending to in process in 2 months and in process to complete within a month. From july 2014 upto october 2014 my file transitioned from pending to complete. LOA dated october 15, 2015.

My application is submitted on the 24th of july 2014 and still at the moment status is received. Hopefully mine will changed anytime soon...

It depends if whether they will call you for an interview, if they have some clarification, they will, but most of the time, interview will be on your sponsor. I sent my application on July 25 but the status is " received". However, all my friend that applied on July 28,29,30, and 31 already pending for assessmnet and two of my friend applied on July 31 recieved sponser interview two days ago and right now their status is in process. Please update your timeline here as I think the process is judt depends on chance and it is not even in the order of application date. Please share timeline.

Reviewing your application doesn't depends on the submission date or filing date of your application. It was indicated on the mpnp site that they will prioritize applicants with strong application. I guess it's nased on their SA points, Languange, Adaptability and strong connection within manitoba. Don't worry buddy. You're change status will come. Maybe this week. Don't lose hope. Just pray and have alot of patience.

No, I don't think so since I am comparing with the others. I have been living in Winnipeg since 2012 and my score is +80 so I think I have strong adaptability, language, and connection scores compared to others. The only common things between my friend that already received calls is that they are studying electrical engineering at the U of M, so I think it's based on the major that you have applied.

They have not mentioned anywhere on their website that they are processing based on the points (strong to weak). Please send the link since I am sure that this is not the case and you can find this based on several applicants score in this forum. My friend had 69 points and already received his interview call.

Me and my sister Applied July 24 and 25th, 2014 and the status is still received. our supporter is a close relative. hopefully it will change this week, as some people i know already assessment pending.
