Can any help What happens next after the file is COURIER to CIC . Will we get a file number or they will check any document required or not? How can we know that the file is accepted and with completed documents.

Thanx in advance to all forum members

Waiting for the reply

Cic will email you with the UCI number and application number they will tell you that the application you sent is complete and put it in to process...that letter is called AOR.. Right now Im not sure how many months youl have to wait for that.... Then after cic will transfer your application to your visa office.. Your visa office will later send you medical request and other docs... Your Uci and application number is use for ecas to check and track the process of your cic application...

Hope i was able to answer your queries... Goodluck and Godbless!

I also have no doubt that my assessment will change this month and then we can book our flight tickets together for extra discount? :P

I believe your status will change to complete by no later then end April. Have you changed your postal address to your supporters mailbox in Manitoba? This will ensure that they receive it a lot quicker and then they can courier it to you. A lot faster compared to SA snail mail / postal service...

Thanks for holding fingers and toes crossed for me.

Hey

For sure, nothihng better than travel buddies :)

Yes I did change my mailing address when the SA postal service began striking last year.........phew......glad i took care of that early ;D

Keeping prayers for us all :)

Cheers

Oh my, you have given me so much more hope.

This could mean that I may get an ITA at the end of March draw.

God willing........this is how it will come to fruition :)

Sincerest thanks for your kind words ;D

Hi Guys,

Is here anyone who have sent the file to CIC already? I applied MPNP file to CIC on 11th Feb for one of my friend. We have not received anything yet from them. How much time does CIC take at their end?

Please send me PM directly as I don't check this thread directly.

Hi stucan001,
I Think it will be by the end of this month or beginning of April.
meanwhile Scan all documents and you will fill the online application.
it is so simple and straight-forward,
Just make sure when you scan, your documents are not more than 2Mb in size.
If they are big you can use "smallPdf" an online application to compress PDF files.
if you need help we can help.

I thought that I need to send hard copy also. Thank you bavon for your kind help. Is there any fee for MPNP?

You don't need to send hard copies.
I advise you to make it online, its quick and direct.
you don't need to make any payment,
you just have to show that you have sufficient money in your account "Bank Statement".

I am new to this forum. I applied for MPNP in dec 2014 , I have been working in Manitoba for last year.

My Application status is currently assessment in process.

I would like to know how long would it normally take to change status from Application in process to Application complete. I have seen few members in past few days posts it took them around 10 days. Is that a normal time?

Should I be worried if it takes more than few weeks for the application to be processed!

One more quick question, is every one working in full time long term job for more than a year in Manitoba considered to be under "Employer Direct Stream" or is it something the employer need do to in order to get the applicant under this "Employer Direct Stream"?

All that the employer has to do is to provide you with a letter "Offer of Employment",
After a year you should qualify. "Employer Direct Stream" is still open so you can apply any time.
