guys i have a confusion i sent to CIC a old imm0008 form which i was downloaded in nov as it is updated and in updated imm0008 "requested visa office section was ommited .. but i send the form which has a section which ask requested visa office ... other wise all questions are same ... what you say they will return my pakage or accept it ???

guys plz give me your point of views ....

Fortunately, on last thursday i got an e-mail from MPNP office requiring settlement plan 2, i submit on friday and same day my status change to documents requirement, on the next day which saturday i c my status is changed to assessment pending........this is all happen after 11 months of long waiting !!! is it a good sign ? how long do i have to wait more ???
so my next question is, i guess i should be ready for interview call anytime ??? can someone please tell me what kind of questions i should be expect from MPNP officer ???

as per MPNP website this status means your application is ok for review by officer. Once the status changes to "assesment in process" thats the time one can expect the officer will interview the sponsor.

Hi guys I'm new here is there anybody who can help me understand what's happening on my online status I applied online nov 2014 got my status received then January status changed again to assessment pending after a week it went back again to status received

Are you in Canada or outside? From what I understand MPNP are not accepting any new applications from 2014 August to 2015 March. I have applied in 2014 Aril and my status is also still received. MPNP is still busy assessing some cases of 2013 and only started with cases Jan-Feb 2014 a couple of weeks ago. This may vary in some cases, for instance, if you have a valid job offer with LMO in place or if you are currently living in Canada. First time that i hear of a Status changing from Pending back to Received though...maybe someone else on this forum can also shed some light on this topic?

I had applied in the month of July in Family Stream and recieved my file number sent my SP2 and my status is showing received as of now.
So how long would it take for the status to change and what happens next

Yes, i have received same email in first week of December and i opted for it, they have asked additionally for ECA report and i have sent it to them. My application is in "Assessment in Process" as of now. Fingers crossed !!

I have also created a profile, mine was also in process but now no status is showing..... it is blank.

My points were calculated (354) and in the field of JOBBANK REGISTRATION it says pending.

I need a 4-digit validation code to link the EE profile to the jobbank profile but I cannot find this code.

Can anybody urgently advise where is can be found?

Timelines for PNP are hard to estimate because they are processed in order of how strong your application is. I have seen people wait over a year from the time they applied and people who get in in less than 4 months. Received, is only the first step. Next could be waiting documentation (if they are going to ask you for something) then "Application Pending" then "Application in process " then " Decision made"

Once you see your status go to "Application in Process" then you can expect to get the decision with in 6 weeks. Where you live will determine how long it will take for you to get the actual letter.
