Please add my information to the MPNP 2014 spread sheet:

GS App Received March 4, 2014

Assessment in Process November 25, 2014
Assessment Complete Dec 9, 2014

My CIC contact did inform me that they are trying to complete all in process applications by the end of the year, so good news to those who are still waiting and whose apps have been opened and started to process! Hopefully that is true for everyone :)

Hi! whe did u apply online? what is your intended occupation? self assessment points? how long before u got your file number? when did your sponsor submit sp2? thanks. congrats! :)

Follow this link:

Using the same login information when you submitted your online MPNP application, you can log in and check your status changes. I suggest that you bookmark this link so that it will be easy for you to check every time without searching for it. Good luck!

Two things. I am already in Winnipeg on a Study permit and I am currently waiting for my upfront Criminal Background Check Certificate. The moment I get that I will apply for CIC. Perhaps towards the end of this month.. God's willing..

What's your status?

Send a letter to the Indian consulate saying that you are travelling to India, they will process it within a day!!

Sorry, what's that? Could you please clarify what you said?
I don't mind waiting a bit since I need the time to get the rest of my documents in order anyway but feel free to share your thoughts. ;)

If your application status is that your file is pending with the Indian Consulate at Toronto, you can write a mail to them stating that you want to visit India and if possible can they process your application ASAP. They normally do it. I and couple of my friend here in Winnipeg have done that. Also you can send your application without the PCC and send it later once you receive AOR. I am doing the same thing.

Thanks for your input :) Definitely not what I had in mind. lol
I am aware that I can send the application without the CRC but I wanted to send it all at once to reduce the headaches and hassles of sending one by one. Knowing them, the processing would only get delayed further if I send them the documents in bits & pieces.. :)

When did you send in your application to CIC? Did you receive your AOR?

Hi Guys,
I applied in 14Feb2014 but my status is Assessment Pending since more than1 month ago till now!

Is it normal?
