Thank you for clarifying. My employer however will not take the news of me immigrating lightly. If he know about this it will make my life hell at work. I did give the HR Managers contact details but this person is resigning end December 2014 and now I dont know who they will contact.

Is it a definite that they contact all the employers of every applicant? This was the first time I heard that they might contact the employer ???

You are welcome. They may or may not contact the employer but you gotta be ready and prepared nevertheless right? May I please know your current update on MPNP online profile page? If its currently in pending or in process, you can e-mail immigratemanitoba @ gov.mb.ca your HR Managers personal cell number as an alternative contact number (if you haven't provided this already). That way even if he resigns his job, MPNP can still talk to him and he can talk about you.. Easy peasy.. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! My status is still "Received" but I believe it will change in the next couple of months.

It should be approved. Check your letter boxes, you should be getting the letter in next 6-7 days!! Congrats.

This looks like a link to shreadsheet for application raised in 2013, is there a separate link for application raised in 2014?

hello! it has a tab beside the mpnpbatch2013. look at the tabs at the top of the spreadsheet. the mpnpbatch 2014 is beside the cic batch 2013.
