So sorry to hear that... you can reapply again after 18 months or wait until the other applicant landed in MB that's the time your supporter can sponsor you again...

Below are my questions:
1. Is it okay for my relative to answer the settlement plan part 2 by handwritten. and submit it personally to Office? or does it have to be online?
2. my relative is currently sponsoring another relative (who applied last year), what will my relative put in result of application of previous support? is it okay to put pending? ongoing? waiting for visa?

For distant relative/friends, a Manitoba Supporter can only support 1 friend at a time and that would be 18 Months from date of submission of the last applicant they are currently supporting.

Hi savio85! it's been 5 months only and based on the spreadsheet, mpnp has just started processing papers of January applicants. If you'll gonna check batch 2013 spreadsheet as well, a lot of applicants doesn't have LOA yet nor done with the sponsor's interview. It's really difficult to wait for something that we don't know if when it will come, but we have to be patient more. As what the previous successful applicant said, that, Patience, Persistence and Perseverance is the key of this waiting game. Don't think too much of your application especially if it's still early, for the meantime, divert your attention on other things such as to your family, your work, or friends. And most of all, pray unceasingly. By the way, kindly post your timeline so I could add it in the spreadsheet? Just click my signature below to check it.

Based on the spreadsheet of batch 2013, I believe yours is near since you submitted online on December 30, 2013 right? Just extend more patience and be positive. Your status will soon change.. Just keep on praying.

Yes of course sweetlove18, my supporter submmitted the sp2 at the office.

not sure of this. is your supporter your first degree relative? what stream are you?
