Hi i'm just new here, im 20 years old still undergrad, i have an aunt who is already a pr in Winnipeg, she already petitioned her brother's family (my uncle and cousins) last 2 years ago and she told me that she can sponsor me too after i graduate. ask ko lang po sana kung eligible enough na ba ko masponsoran as soon as i graduate? or is it necessary pa po na may working experience ako before ako masponsoran? im familiarizing myself pa kase sa mga rules ng mpnp hope you can help me figure it out. thanks po!

According to how I look at your case, I believe that the money which u paid to the consultant was only for their "service/s", and so, therefore, it doesn't include the visa fee. The visa fee have to be sent/paid to the Canadian Embassy directly.

I paid $1,500 for their services, $550 for the government fee, $950 for the evaluation of scholastic records and the last I paid was that $2,200 for the visa services when I received my file number October 2013. My relative in Manitoba tried to check my file number with them and told him it's legitimate. But I want to know how many more months does it usually take to receive my visa. It's actually been 7 months now since I paid for my visa services.

Is there a way i can check my status online through my file number?

We're in the early stage of our application. We submitted our online application on May 18th and immediately received a confirmation email that says withing the next 48 hours we'll receive another email indicating our file number. I'm starting worry because it has been almost a week now but have not received any email at all. Our sponsor is ready with the SP2. All we're waiting for right now is our file number. Is there any way we can follow it up? Anything. Help.

Can anyone help me identify which CLB class will my sister qualify?
Her listening,Writing and Speaking score fall on CLB 6 & 7 while her
reading is between 5 & 6. (CLB 5 = IELTS score of 4 & CLB 6 = IELTS score of 5)

Here are her IELTS scores.

Listening - 5.5
Reading - 4.5
Writing - 6.0
Speaking - 6.5
Overall - 5.5

Application have been submitted last March 17, 2014. I got a little worried because she's college undergrad, though we were able to provide TOR for her 2 yrs in college. Immigration may still give a ZERO score in her education. So our only hope is to get the score of 16 in her language adaptabilty which requires a CLB 6 score.

My friend is a permanent resident of Manitoba.

She came to Manitoba two years ago with children. Her husband just resigned in their original country and they applied what she told me is "change of status" for him 4 months ago. She told me it's provincial process but I think unification should be CIC?

My questions are.

1. Is she still eligible to sponsor me when she is sponsoring her husband?

2. Can she still submit settlement plan 2 for me, and when they start to review my case her husband's case is already finished. (I can get in the line earlier)

3. Her son is turning 18 on December 15th this year. Can he them sponsor me? Even he still live in the same household with his parents, or he has to move out?

I think she will fall on CLB 5 since her lowest band score is in reading which is 4.5. CLB 6 requires 5 in reading.

Mine is:
Listening 6.0
Reading 6.5
Writing 5.5
Speaking 6.0
Overall Band Score 6.0

My CLB is 6 since my lowest score falls on CLB 6. If I got 6.0 in Writing, it will be CLB 7

Congratulations on your first step you have taken.
Now I would ask you to stay calm and wait another week. If nothing happens than make a call to your endorser and ask him/her to inquire from MPNP office personally.
Here you are at start I dont think any delay.
Make sure to view endorser's email address again.
Kindly review your application report again.
And hey it is just a start of being curious.
Try to give some time on MPNP application batch 2013 there you will find tracking sheet . Just for an idea.

Actually i'm planning to deposit C$10000 in my bank account as it need to mature about 06 months & eager to know in which type of account i should deposit my money like Fixed deposit account or Savings account.

A current account ( salary account showing flow of cash transactions and payments e.t.c) is the best other wise a fixed deposit is not a bad idea either.
