Hi,

Is there any point reduction in MPNP EOI for your past canada visitor visa rejection?
This will probably depend n the reason for the rejection although I am not 100% sure.

Lets say you have a criminal offense and that as the reason for rejection - this will definitely have a negative effect. But lets say it was because you filled the forms in incorrectly, it should not have a negative effect.

Hi, kP_0330, from my past experience I don't think so. I had applied for a visitors visa X2 and student visa and all was not granted, however I was granted LOA after I applied for Manitoba nomination

Hi everyone

kindly tell me that what process is pending once the file received at CIO and then to visa office?????

From what I have found out for myself, your application will be sent to a Visa Office.

The Visa office then either sends you a Medical Request if they are satisfied with your application, or they'll send you a query if they need something else from you.
After you are done with your Meds, and that's clear, you'll get a request for your Passport from the Visa Office.
That's the last step before you receive your landing papers, and visa.

I am still not sure how they are selecting visa offices these days, because last I heard, your application is necessarily sent to a visa office closest to you as they have changed a few things and the applications are being distributed according to workload at a certain visa office as well as region where you are currently resided, and not just based on locality.

I would appreciate others' feedback on this as well.

You are 100% correct. That is what CIC states on the website as well.

I have however not come across any applicant that had their application transferred to a Visa Office other than the closest one to where they currently reside or their country of origin. I think this initiative to transfer the applications to the VO according to workload will take some time to implement and for the time being, you can assume that your application will be sent to your local VO.

Hi.my current job description is different from the NOC i have used in MPNP.& got my Nomination letter too. the question is will it be alright or its a problem? :o
So did you change jobs or you filled in the wrong NOC when applying to MPNP?

I do not think this will have any impact as long as there is not a HUGE difference is NOC's.

Give us some more detail on the NOC, job description used to apply to MPNP and what the job description is now, this will give us a better idea and we can comment on it.

For instance: if you applied with NOC for a Medical Doctor and you are actually a teacher I can see that it will give you a problem.

Hello,

can someone else confirm that only the applicant needs a police certificate for the PR application? I am confused since I need to provide photos for my family members (who are not accompanying me) ...

I appreciate your help!

All family member who are 18 years old and above should have PCC

I'm sorry, but I don't know about that part.
All i know is that the file is transferred there and further processing happens there. I don't know whether they'll re-evaluate your application.
