MPNP Application Batch 2014

good day. i hope someone can enlighten me on the message i received from MPNP back in april when i emailed them to check status. their response says " your file is currently in pre-assessment. once completed, you will be notified by mail. the pre-assessment is to ascertain all documents. after which, the file will be assigned to the first of THREE officers and will result in a decision."

it did not say anything about sponsor interview. what am i missing here?

It seems mpnp officers call respective applicants' employer for verification But in some countries like in Asia specifically India, Bangladesh employers arent that friendly most of the times.

So in these countries an employers can give wrong information to mpnp officers when these employers are asked to verify any particular applicant employees. what do u think?...Im tenced as im also an employee. What if my employers do this? how to avoid this...

Not that I am untruthful to my employer or anything like this, the process just takes long and I would not want my employer to have any doubt about my availability in future etc. I mean, I will give them proper notice before resigning and leaving the country.

hi, just take in confidence the HR department head because u have to attached an employment record in the application and when u ask ur employer to give you employment certificate, Do inform them that its for immigration purpose. (we informed the HR department, because its him who keep a record of all salary information and other information the employees. hope it works for u .

if the employer told u the questions, it means he is cooperating with you. these are the general questions being asked for every applicant. plz do not worry. they just confirm if you have actually worked at that department and whether the information given by you in the application is correct.
you should have informed your employer earlier. but still if your employer has told same as in your application then you need not to worry.. stay calm.

I'm June 2014 applicant and my application status was changed to "Assessment Pending" exactly 1 year (June 2015). Just wait for sometime, it will change soon..
