It is better and you are lucky they are asking for information, rather than rejecting your application. So oblige ASAP.

Dear Hamayun. When you submit your Application at that time yours IELTS was valid or not. Mostly they didn't required.

my result date 12 july and case file date 15 july 2013

Please someone clarify what is mentioned in the nomination letter regarding applying through express entry or paper based.

Do we need to have express entry profile beforehand or can we open a profile after the nomination (if it mentioned in the nomination letter that we can apply through express entry)?

What are the basis on which Manitoba decides which candidate apply through express entry and which through paper based?

This and any other information will be highly appreciated.

honestly it is really harsh to wait for this more than 3 years spent in a wait . They receives new files but we are in the line so they should think about it because we are also eligible in a program which they were opened. But I feel really bad for all of us they couldn't understand our emotions feelings execrations dreams desires . They are ignoring us without a reason. My supporters interview was held almost 16 months ago but they didn't gives decision yet. I emailed them emotionally, lengthy with all my emotions concern expectations view and harshness wait but they didn't do nothing after 3 months of emailed them. Waiting for final decision from last 16 months and overall from 39 months almost it is not a justice with us .

your nomination letter will tell you to apply for paper application, express entry is another application process entirely

For the RPRF fee, should I pay for each person? One person is 490CAD, my family have 4 person(my wife & I, one 8 years old boy and a new born daughter), so I should pay 490*4?

Eager for your help for I was asking to submit our passports now.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee
Application $CAN. 490

Getting your permanent resident status
Principal applicants (with some exceptions) and spouses and common-law partners coming with them to Canada must pay this fee. Applicants must pay this fee before CIC issues the permanent resident visa or before the applicant becomes a permanent resident in Canada.

These people do not have to pay this fee:

dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild; and
protected persons, including Convention refugees.
Note: This fee is refundable if your application is refused, if you decide to withdraw the application, or if, once you have obtained your visa, you decide not to use it and to return your passport to us so that we can cancel the visa. The refund is paid without interest and according to the rate of the dollar at the time the refund is made, regardless of when the fee was paid.

that CAD$490 will be paid by you and your wife, the new born baby and the 18 yrs old wont pay this, so 490*2
