Hello gud morning to all.... Is it sure that we ll receive a confirmation email that our file has been tansfered to local visa office?? As am checking my ecas staus its showing in process really am confused that what will be next status indication medical request or file transferredor anything else. :(
I dont think you will automatically receive a AOR from local VO. In most cases you just receive the MR from VO (and this in itself is an AOR). I did a Case Specific Inquiry and received a confirmation e-mail from my local VO that my file has been transferred and received by them.

I have 2 lines on my ecas, Received 28 September (if i remember correctly) and In Process 11 December. My status show in process.

I have received confirmation by e-mail after doing a Case Specific Inquiry that my file has been transferred to my local VO. This did not change anything on my ecas. I think the third line will be Medical Received, can someone else please shed some light on this?

My File number is still the same. They quoted the same file number from the local VO in the e-mai..

Hi
I applied to MPNP IN 2013
GOT REFUSAL LETTER TODAY STATING THAT
THOUGH YOUR SCORE IS ACCEPTABLE BUT MY TIES TO MANITOBA ARE NOT strong as compared to another province where my other relative is residing. What shall I do ? How do I appeal is there a way out?

how they come to know that you have strong ties to another province rather than manitoba ....did you mentioned it in ur application.....???

How you know about your file transfer and medical request???

CIC send the mail if they transfer the file and also for medical request??

Is there any status change when file transfer, medical request and medical complete status in Application status on-line portal of CIC???

thanks for your answer in advanc...........

Yes a friend per resident family! once you nominate a friend u or your wife can not nominate a family member or another friend till your nominated friend lands.

Hello,
I have a quick question.

I was told that under the MPNP , a Manitoba resident can nominate a FRIEND and get them the 600 points in the express entry rating system.

Now can the resident only sponsor one friend at a time- Is it one friend per resident family or can the wife and husband nominate someone separately (so say two people ) ?

Please advise.

I did a Case Specific Inquiry (CSI) abd received an e-mail from my local VO that the file has reached their offices. I have not received MR yet but from what I have heard they send an e-mail.

This is sequence of events from what I understand:

1) AOR (they do file number and "in process" in the same e-mail now)
2) File gets transferred to local VO (this does not change the ecas status, it stays in process)
3) Medical Request (by e-mail)
4) Medical Received (updated on ecas)
5) RPRF Request with updated schedule A request (by e-mail)
6) Back ground checks starts (no notification of this)
7) Possible Interview (e-mail)
Cool Status change to Decision Made (ecas)
9) PPR (e-mail)
10) Status change to Complete (ecas)
11) Passport received back with PR Visa.

Like I said, this is what I understand from what I have read before. I will be receiving my first GCMS Notes end of February (at latest) and will then be able to tell you exactly what has been done on my file. I am requesting my notes every 30 days to keep up to date.

Feel free to comment on the process if anyone else knows the exact sequence or see something I have missed.

Hope this helps...

Hi,
I am new here and need help.
Please I have some concerns. I have decided to apply to MPNP but before then, I had already indicated interest in Quebec skilled workers program. Without my interest in the QSWP, I have 575 points, but with it, I have 100 points subtracted from me. Should I just go ahead and apply stating that I have not shown interest in any other program.

Secondly, I will like to know how long it was for you to go through the process for LAA to issueing of visa.

Thirdly, Can one land in Manitoba and still relocate easily to some other province if survival is difficult? And if yes, how long do you need to do that?

Please I would be happy to read your kind response.

Thank you very much.

Finally got approval from Mpnp after a long wait

I can unfortunately not comment on question one as I dont know the answer to it.

2) This mainly depends on which Local Visa Office your file will be transferred to. CIC does state on their website that they aim to complete all applications for PNP PR (from the time you receive LOA and apply to CIC for PR) within 15 months

3)If you apply to any PNP you must intend to stay in that province. I have however not read about anyone that got PR revoked after relocating to a different province with a good reason, like survival for job etc.

Hope this helps my friend ;)
