Hi all,

I have received LOA today through email. LOA dated : July 24, 2015. In the LOA they have mentioned that this LOA is not valid for express entry . I must apply to CIC before January 24, 2016.

My time line:

MPNP online application: 04, December, 2013
AOR: 04. December, 2013
Document requuested: IELTS report submitted with application
Application received: 08.12.2013
Assessment pending: 01.08.2014
Assessment in Process: 03.07.2015
Applicant Interview: 07.07.2015
Sponsor (Friend) interview: 09.07.2015
LOA issued: 24.07.2015
LOA received ( via email): 25.07.2015

Congrats!! I just want to know from you whether the documents (Birth certificates, Passport copy, copy of LOA, etc.) should be notarized when I have to submit to CIC along with forms. Advices are much appreciated.

All documents should be notarized. You dont have to notarize the LOA. You have to send the original copy LOA. No photocopy is accepted.

Has MPNP started to decline applications if your level of English is not good enough for a regulated occupation for eg; Nurses, Dentists, Physiotherapist, Teachers etc.

All documents should be notarized. You dont have to notarize the LOA. You have to send the original copy LOA. No photocopy is accepted.

Sorry for this but according to IMM 5690E or the Document Checklist for PNP, you only need to send copy of LOA.

My ECAS is in process from Dt.16.06.15.
Can anyone tell me that when will I expect my Medical Request from NDVO?

Just want to ask how did you submit the additional documents needed, I have read it in your timeline..for us we have to update everything and we have to add our newly born that's what the MPnP officer told us..
