Thank You, I will proceed with the first option,

By the way do you know what means this "Fee subject to a transitional provision" ??, its very unclear ::) ::)

Thanx Iforti

Hi

I've googled it and go to this link to find more clarity:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=ZA&lob=lc

Where a transitional provision applies, a family member of the principal applicant who:

•is under 22 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship, or
•is 22 years of age or older and has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 22, due to a physical or mental condition

The fee is CAD 150

So basically it applies to a family member of yours with the above special circumstances

This is because the rules of dependant children changed on 1 Aug 2014. The age at which your child will be considered a dependant has been reduced from under 22 to under 19. - this would impact whether you can add them on your application or not.
See this link for more info on this change: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2014-08-01.asp.

Hope this clears things up for you, it certainly makes sense to me ;) ;)

I have a very very good possibility of getting PR by mpnp.

I will land as PR on Canada. Right?

Now my question is after getting LOA and getting PR as I land, will I be able to get myself admitted into any university of Manitoba with the education cost that their citizens pay or the higher rate that foreign student pays?

Thanks in advance...

This might be the case for some applications but it not a fact. Some of the 2014 applications have already been completed and some are still changing to in process. One January 2014 applicants assessment just changed last week, he applied in January 2014. It depends on case to case. IELTS scores, Family Stream vs General Stream, intended occupation, self assessment points, etc.

All you can do is believe and pray that your case will be assessed soon ;)

Hello. I already received my nomination.

I just have few questions with regards to the filing of forms.

1. In the Generic Application form, you need to fill up:
Last Name:
Given Name:
Where am I going to put the Middle Name (or mother's maiden name) since in my passport, it is shown? Based on my researched, others did not include their middle name while others include it as part of Given Name

2. I applied as Single without any dependent. In the Photo Requirement, should i still include my parents and siblings?

Thank you.

Hello there

Yes you need to inform MPNP right away, and send through the baby's documents as soon as you've received them.

Congratulations on the new baby :)
