What If your employer said that I can't fill your compliance form. And your file is in cic under Province nominee program, waiting for file number and at the same time your work permit going to expire soon in one month then? Then how to get new work permit?

Its very confusing.

Please reply on this someone because most of people going to face same situation soon. who are nominated by provinces but after nomination while waiting for file number there employer said No to new employer compliance form.

Is anybody have idea after sponsor interview MPNP further assessment application or get direct decision.

I have observed that generally in general stream after supporter / applicant interview within a month get decision.

Please share your view.

My assessment changed to pending last month. I was so excited but after reading some of the posts here I am a little less excited. Have you guys tried to e-mail and ask why it is taking soooooooo long? Any responses?

Hi everyone,
My uncle (father's brother) is going to apply for my sister under mpnp family class sponsorship. I am in alberta. Agent told us that it is impossible to apply for her by your uncle as you are in other canadian province and they can refuse ur sister's application. I am living with my inlaws and not at all supporting my family. Even after my father's death my uncle was supporting us. Can anyone suggest some possible solution?

My application is still assessment in progress after supporters interview and my interview and it's almost amonth now . Am just hoping and trusting GOD . They asked for more documents which I submitted and after that they sent asking for my employers details which I also provided again and it's been silence since then .

I'm also November, 2013 applicant, patience is a virtue, unfortunately there is not to do to make MPNP faster, just wait, however you can try apply under student program, but it is not a permanent resident visa, as student visa your college fees will be expensive and you can't work immediately.

yeah thats true but he will be inland applicant then probably that will make it bit faster and if he can get his MPNP approval then he can get work permit here than he no need to do study even..Its been too much now over year still nothing happens
