Can you please guide me.. what does mean post secondary as mentioned in MPNP criteria.. I am from India and one of my friend has done Diploma Electrical engineering after 10th Standard. Will it be considered as post secondary course more than 2 years and get 20 points or will this be trade certificate and get 14 Points. Please help.

Mar 19,2014 - Submit online application
Jan 28,2015 - Information Requested status
Jan 29,2015 - Missing doc (PR and Health Card) sent
Feb 02,2015 - Assessment Pending status
Feb 10,2015 - Sponsor's interview
Feb 11,2015 - Assessment in Process status

Hey can you tell me under which quota you had applied and what is your current profession.
Do you have an employment offer from Manitoba or is your profession regulated.
I am a July applicant under Support Stream with a Regulated Profession so might as well try to know how much time would it take for the application to be processed.

I received MPNP LOA in May, sent to CIC by Fedex and it was received Jun 13, 2014 but have not received AOR.

I sent mail to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca in December 2014 but no reply from them.

It's about 8 months already. Pls, anybody with the same issues? or any help on what to do? Thanks.
