MPNP Application Batch 2013

Hi all forum mates

I think CIC people worldwide slowed down the procedure and now they will back to normal speed in January 2015 only. It seems that either their quota is full or near full.
What do you thinks please shed some light on this.

My personal feeling is New Delhi Visa Office is very slow. Because cases of New Delhi visa office are not clearing in normal pace.

Thanks guys! Thanks katrina! Im gonna start processing my papers on my day off, hope all is well. God is good! Just 1 more, im gonna print those forms and fill by hand writing? Tnx

as Possible as fill all forms from PC, BC some forms need to be validate and it will create unique code.

1 or 2 forms require to be writing where you have to write name and other details in your native language. ( Must Use black ink )

Hi Katrina Khan,

For the partner, it has to be their family details? Their name be placed as the "applicant" even if the spouse is a dependent?

First form print, you need to write Applicant name (applicant column) and spouse name (spouse column) then fill all Applicant details ( mother, father, bother etc )

in the second print you need to write you spouse name as applicant and fill all details of your spouse ( spouse's mother, spouse's father etc )

a bad news for me i got Refusal Letter by email last night Reasons

Application guidelines that can be found on www.immigratemanitoba.com clearly indicate that the Manitoba
Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) may not approve an application if the program officer is not satisfied
that the applicant has sufficient and confirmed settlement supports from a relative or friend who is an
established resident of Manitoba and has strong ties to the applicant. Based on the documents you submitted
in your application and phone interview with your supporter, you were not able to demonstrate you have
established a strong relationship to him. Therefore, your connection to Manitoba does not meet the criteria of
the MPNP and your application for nomination by the Province of Manitoba cannot be approved

But My supporter is my family friend and good relation with them.

Plz advice me what i have to do?

I applied on July 2013, my application status is Assesment Pending too until now. I applied unde FS, I'm from El Salvador. I wrote to Manitoba inmigration on october 15th, asking about the time, because 16 moths have passed since then, and they answered me that they don't give any reply by mail, and that I have to check my status online :'(
So, I have to pray and hope.

I applied on March 2013, confirmation received on July 2013, No sponsor Interview and still waiting....... ??? ??? ??? ???

Can you elaborate some more about the interview,
My personal thinking are the interview went bad.

And that is the only reason.
Kindly provide the main concern of IO of MPNP from your endorser.

Were you given any time frame ?

in-case of your friend or his/her spouse supporting anyone previous so that may cause to be refusal of your application. ( husband or wife only one can support friend or distance relative per 18 months ).

other reason: if officer not found strong relation between you and your support.
if officer found that your supporter is not well established in Manitoba or not living since a year.

Some other reason that might not possible : if your supporter given negative answer to officer.

don't loose hope keep try again : sure you will get better result next time
