"If a candidate does not already have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer or a provincial/territorial nomination, he or she must register with the Government of Canada's Job Bank which will connect him or her with eligible Canadian employers. "

So it is clear the express entry will effect those who wont get LOA before January 2015.

Are you from India Right? If yes

Then they will send you only one copy to your physical mailing address. You can request for another copy in case of you won't get it within 3 Months.

Normally, it takes 15 to 20 days to reach in Indian address after change status ( Assessment complete )

Application Type:Online
Intended Occupationharmacist:software engineer
Application Status:Assessment Complete
Application Date:30 nov 2013
Sponsors Interview: 28th oct 2014
LOA: waiting

So it is clear the express entry will effect those who wont get LOA before January 2015.

My assessment is completed on 6th Aug’14 and they sent letter on 13th Aug but it got misplaced in transit.
I sent them e-mail and they asked me to contact them again if letter not received within two month after date of letter issue.
14th Oct I sent them e-mail to re-issue letter and yesterday I got reply that they have forward my request further to re-issue LOA.
Please advice if it would also affect me?

It won't affect you since you already got LOA. Try to apply for PR to CIC asap.
