1) As I explained that they asked for my supporter address but I provide authorization letter on the name of my other cousin; will they consider this or not? - Hello, Satindsi. When did you send the authorization letter to MPNP? I'm asking because it may take time for them to reply, considering that they already instructed you to give them the address of your supporter.. Probably, the reason why they asked for your sponsor's address and have your sponsor mail to you the letter, is for them to determine and also be assured of how strong your ties or relationship with your sponsor is, since they are the ones who will help you in your settlement, as stated in their SP2. This is just what came up in my mind as i analyzed your situation, because the relationship between you and your supporter is also a determining factor in their decision. Since there is no way for us to foresee the discretionary decision of the immigration officer handling your case, as to whether they'll consider your decision to authorize your cousin instead of your supporter, it's best that you write or call MPNP & ask them if it is ok.. Maybe yet, ask your cousin to go to MPNP & ask them himself, just to make sure. Just my thoughts.

I sent them authorization letter on dt: 13th Oct’14 and as my status is already got completed and decision letter is already sent out so I don’t believe that now they are looking/analyzing my relationship with supporter. Although we have strong bounding with each other but due to medical reason my supporter could not visit to MPNP and this is because I authorize my other cousin. I agree that it’s all depend on immigration officer who is handing my case and GOD knows how much time he/she will take. I am planning to call the today and hope they will pick my call.

2) I asked my cousin to send letter via email once received and I will late print but he said that MPNP will send some sticker with letter which I have to past on my packet; I have not heard this before in this form, is it true? This is true. The small green sticker is needed for you to send your application package (containing all the forms..), and it will be pasted on your envelope. This is like a color coding system MPNP use to segregate each application as it arrives in their office. Without your green sticker, your package will be lost in the flood of mails they receive everyday & will cause delay.

This information is new for me and thanks for sharing. Once my cousin will get decision letter then I will send all necessary documents to him.

3) My all other documents are already ready and my cousin want me to courier it to him and he will make packet on my behalf and send it across further. Is it fine? - Some applicants do that, sending their application through their authorized representative. This is indicated in the form that you submitted.

Good enough until it will not harm.

HI GUYS
just wanted to share some experience and take some advice ... one of my friend applied in may 2014 general stream and he got ineligible email from mpnp office stating the reason that a supporter cannot support more than 1 application at a time that include his household also . but his supporter and his spouse had never supported anybody till date even than the applicant received this ineligible letter . his supporter resides in a basement (on lease) and somebody told him that mpnp considers 1 household as 1 address it includes his landlord also which means if his landlord had supporting currently than he cannot . i dont know this is the logical reason behind the rejection because a according to me a household should be a husband and his wife that shoud not include your tenant or landlord. i will appreciate members advice.

Hi seniors,

my sponsor has shifted in a new home. Should I update his new residence address to Manitoba? if so, what is email address?.

Regards

Yes, it is a valid reason to be ineligible since the supporter cannot fully convince the officers that he has the capacity to sponsor a person to migrate...it is of utmost importance to be financially stable which means, owning a house and having a permanent job even if the applicant has shown the required settlement funds...
If his landlord is also sponsoring another person. Then his landlord is prioritized since he is the one who owns the house.
And, yes again, anyone living in the same house is called household...
