Hi deep_purple, there is no need to give payment in advance. PPV will be returned to you through courier collect. I've read last in previous posts that the amount is between Php 120-150 to be paid as delivered to you.

i need information for my friend

he has distance relative in Winnipeg, MO. now he is going to apply Mpnp, so it there any relation proof he has require to submit?

his supporter already supported one application before year. does his supporter can endorse my friends application?

Your friend's supporter/ relative can fill out your friend settlement plan 2 for him so he can apply for MPNP.

I read form one of the forum, provided that the supporter does not sponsor anyone else at the same time he/she endorse your friend, then it should be fine.

My case, as per Abu Dhabi Visa Office, I need to request for a return airway bill from Aramex or include a self-addressed stamp envelope with contact number.

Payment is not required.

I don't think you could find it in CIC website. I believe it's a Manitoba provincial nominee requirement and not federal.

I just want to check with you if you're the one who selected your visa office or it was selected by cic? I am currently preparing our documents to be sent to cic and I want to choose CEM. However, we are currently in Dubai but we want to go back home for good next year.

I actually shown more... I included also non-cash assets. The reason I did this is because I'm trying not only to satisfy the requirements but also to let them know that I'm capable in settling in Canada and will survive for quite some time even though I might find difficulty in finding job corresponding to my profession during the first few months of landing.
