From Kwinkal:

Hi There,

I have applied for PR through MPNP route. My file is approved from Manitoba and been processed and send back to VO. I'm living in London and London Visa office has asked me to submit PCC and Medical report. Now I have following problems to do so..

(1) Me and my wife are living in London and our 1 and half year daughter is living in India ---- My question is how would I get medical report of my daughter in London from India. Is it ok if we submit all medical report separately immigration section? Also I have not received medical report letter for my wife from Canadian embassy. Whom should I contact?

(2) Regarding PCC, I have to submit these documents within 60 days but currently I have not started process to get PCC. After an application it take 45 days to get PCC. Problem is I need original passport for applying PCC from Indian high commission, UK. and my passport is with UK home office for my current application with UK. ------ My question is can I ask for extension from Canadian embassy? Where should I send this request? Also please suggest what should be content to write this request, if someone had done so before. Also is it possible to get such extension?

Please update urgently..
Thanks in advance for your replies.. Smiley

Kind Regards,
Kwinkal

Hi to all,
Greetings.. May I ask your opinion/advice with regards of my application wherein received an INELIGIBLE LETTER from MPNP. Herewith..
AOR : July 2013 (GS)
after 7-8 months received a letter (INELIGIBLE) from MPNP that the wife my current sponsor (husband) is sponsoring two (2) relatives at the same time while he is also sponsoring us. the result was, MPNP can not process us because of so called "dual sponsorship".. How long should be wait?? according to what I have read on thread, 18 months,, since when?? from the time relative(applicant) of husband(our sponsor)'s wife received LOA, is this correct? others say, the applicant(relative) should be landed first, then, when can we apply?

another option,, we found out that my wife's relative (uncle) is also based in Winnipeg. Her step daughter has just landed 2-3 weeks ago. He can be also our sponsor but according to him (uncle) we need to wait for 6 or 10 months from the time his step daughter has landed? is this correct also? MPNP tells that his stepdaughter should establish her status, meaning has a stable job, etc.. is there a site here that can tell us about of both scenarios.

I believe we were only fall short of ...because of DUAL SPONSORSHIP, other requirements(documents, etc.. ) we were able to comply.

thanks , hope you can advise us. God bless.

Hi,

Although I didn't fully understand your case, but I am in same danger of being ruled out for eligibility under the MPNP regulations in place. Actually my sponsor didn't know about the new condition. He has supported two of his relatives and both of them received LOA and applied to CIO. Being concerned about this regulations, I mailed MPNP and received the following reply:

"your friend can only support a friend’s application after 18 months from the date the last application was submitted. It doesn’t matter if the application was already approved by MPNP".

However, the gap between the last applications and my one has already crossed 18 months barrier (exactly one month ago). I don't know whether they will consider my case. If they don't than I will fall in the same situation like you. Let's pray for the best. You can re-apply anytime after the 18 months has passed. By the way, do they inform you by email or via regular surface mail. I received file number on 04.12.2013. When may I expect to receive a news (either positive or negative) from them? Six months already gone.

Best regards,

Eusufzai

Hi Eusufzai,

Thanks for your reply. My wife received a letter from MPNP and our sponsor also received (a letter) informing that my wife is INELIGIBLE because of so called, DUAL sponsorship where the wife of our sponsor is sponsoring two relatives. we haven't checked yet when the two (2) relatives passed their applications.

As I have mentioned from my previous message here, we might also taking other option (other sponsor I mean).. my wife found out that she has a distant relative (2nd or 3rd degree cousin), the daughter of my wife's distant relative has arrived in Winnipeg 3 weeks ago I guess. Her distant relative told my wife that he can sponsor us after 6 or 10 months from the time his daughter arrived in Winnipeg. Question... where can I find this rule saying he can sponsor us after 6 or 10 months???

I hope someone can enlighten me about this query. Thank you and hope to hearing from you. God bless.
