Hi to all,
Greetings.. May I ask your opinion/advice with regards of my application wherein received an INELIGIBLE LETTER from MPNP. Herewith..
AOR : July 2013 (GS)
after 7-8 months received a letter (INELIGIBLE) from MPNP that the wife my current sponsor (husband) is sponsoring two (2) relatives at the same time while he is also sponsoring us. the result was, MPNP can not process us because of so called "dual sponsorship".. How long should be wait?? according to what I have read on thread, 18 months,, since when?? from the time relative(applicant) of husband(our sponsor)'s wife received LOA, is this correct? others say, the applicant(relative) should be landed first, then, when can we apply?
another option,, we found out that my wife's relative (uncle) is also based in Winnipeg. Her step daughter has just landed 2-3 weeks ago. He can be also our sponsor but according to him (uncle) we need to wait for 6 or 10 months from the time his step daughter has landed? is this correct also? MPNP tells that his stepdaughter should establish her status, meaning has a stable job, etc.. is there a site here that can tell us about of both scenarios.
I believe we were only fall short of ...because of DUAL SPONSORSHIP, other requirements(documents, etc.. ) we were able to comply.

I hope everyone is having a good week. Tanong lang po and I hope someone can answer. Nag process kami ng mpnp sa pinas, then we moved to SG to work. We got our LOA while we are here in singapore. Now, we are planning to submit our requirements to CIC this month. My question is:
1. If we submit our application from SG, will it follow the SG processing time of 30 months? Is our visa office is SG? Or can we request for a transfer to Manila.
2. When filling out the application forms, can we print it out and then handwrite the answers? Hindi kasi kasya sa questionaire yung answers namin kapag typewritten.
I hope you guys can answer our query. Sa mga taga SG po patulong naman. Thanks and have a blessed week ahead!
