Im new here. Can I join the list for the MPNP progress for 2014? Received my file no. last May 22 2014. Our sponsor is my common law's cousin. My sponsor has yet to submit her settlement plan. Did not receive email from Manitoba until now. I have been doing a lot of reading and research and found 2 emails my sponsor can send. Has any of your sponsor sent email to these addresses and if they reply confirmation?
