I M NEW TO THIS FORUM I HAVE SUBMIITTED MY FILE THROUGH MPNP ONLINE ON JUNE 1 2013
MY SPONSOR HAD RECEIVED SP2 AND HE SUBMIITTED THE FILLED SP2 ON 9 TH JUNE AND HE RECEIVED THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT FROM MPNP EMBASSY THROUGH EMAIL . SO CAN I KNOW IS MY FILE COMPLETED AND THE PROCESSING OF FILE IS STARTED OR NOT ?? I M CONFUSED

My sponsor submitted the SP2 last Monday, 22 July through email (mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca) but she didn't receive any acknowledgement from MPNP. I would like to ask if we should receive an email right? Should I request my sponsor to resend it. Does she need to mention in d subject our file number?

i think it is better to mention the file number in the subject of the e-mail. i received the acknowledgement of the SP2 almost two months after my supporter sent it.

does anybody here applied thru mail? Im going to send my application on 1st week of august. It seems that im the only one with that application type. The only difference is the time of getting aor,but in loa, mail & online are the same right? I know someone who was succesfully became immigrant in manitoba.she applied thru mail

Yes you may still submit your application through mail. As what I read, starting September 2013, all applications will have to be submitted on line. Since you already started your application, you may continue and proceed. Also based on what I read, even on line applicants are not getting faster processing especially those General Stream applicants.

finally my supporter got the AOR for the sp2 this morning

I guess your sponsor and mine submitted sp2 forms + other docs same day 20 june and I am yet to be acknowledged as well after sending mail to them.

I've this question...

By any chance, will the CIC/CEM will be asking for additional documents such as updated bank statement? This is because the money I have declared in my PR visa application is no longer the same as what I have now in my account. I got some money from there to pay for the visa processing and all. So am kind of worried that they may ask for an updated bank statement and they will find that it's way lesser that I already declared. My application status now is, am waiting for the medical request.

I hope somebody will care to answer this. Thank you so much, as always.
