April 30 -- Submitted my EOI
May 20 -- Received the LAA
May 29 -- Submitted my full application to the MPNP
May 31 -- Got the MPNP File No.
June 9 -- MPNP received my Manitoba Supporter's SP P2
Nov 9 -- Assessment Pending
Nov 16 -- Supporter received a voicemail from MPNP
Nov 17 -- Supporter returned the call of MPNP + MPNP interviewed me & my spouse for 22.5 mins! = Assessment in Process
Dec 1 -- Assessment Complete
Dec 9 -- LOA dated 30 Nov 2015 was received via email

So, checked my e-mail this evening and received a mail from CIO / CIC stating that they have received our application, that it is complete, that they received the funds and Your application has now been placed into processing.

Also received a UCI and application EP00.... number.

Can I get a WHOOP WHOOP 8) ;D

Same here my brother is waiting for LOA from last 5 months now. It will be 2 years on Nov 30 for him as well. This whole process is so frustrating. I am not sure how long more this whole process will be going to take

Any development about ur brother application? I already loose hope my status still in process.. i will take IELTS exam again this January, hope my result will be better then before, and will see if i can apply another province which no need job sponsor..

Im quoting form CIC website. I need to knw a basic thing.


""Permanent resident status""

If your application is successful, you and your family members will receive status as permanent residents of Canada. Some conditions will apply:

You will remain a permanent resident until you become a Canadian citizen, as long as you spend at least two (2) years of each five (5) year period in Canada. Otherwise you will lose your status.
You may leave and re-enter Canada as often as you wish.


I already applied to CIC. Now if I get the visa then can I directly go to different province other than Manitoba and Do an MBA?

no nothing ye, I am loosing all the hopes too. This is so frustrating and I have no passions for all this. My brother even has good IELTS score I am not sure why still its taking too long
