The real thing is that my mind tells me that it's ok and maybe they have a lot of work , but when I look back and count the months, makes me feel like something is wrong, do you understand what I mean?.

Had Anyone from here used payment/fee form in paying for the Permanent residence? We will use my cousin's credit card in paying should I put her name in the Payer or put mine instead? Any reply would be highly appreciated ☺

Hope others can help you on this, as well. But i think that you need to write your cousin's name as she is the payer.

We have a timeline for this forum of movement of the applications of those who shared their updates. You can check this spreadsheet by looking for the blue highlighted link, such as that under the message of Katrina Kahn, who usually updates our timeline. There you will have an idea how long your VO will act on your application, after your medicals are received.

Finally I am going to submit my application to CIC:

I am confused regarding address of Centralized Intake Office:
I have found at my Nomination letter the following address:

Centralized Intake Office – Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
P.O. BOX 1450
Sydney, NS B1P 6K5
Canada


I have found another address:

Courier address
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2
Canada


Where I will send my Provincial Nominee category application.
Please advise

Assessment in process is really a good news , especially those who are waiting for their application to have a movement.
Mine was 6 weeks in process before my sponsor got interviewed then after a week it was change to assessment complete.
Hope yours will be completed soon.just keep on praying..keep the faith

Can you also tell is you have any idea that once LOA is received in how much time we are required to send our application to CIC?

And how much time from CIC to visa stamping?

Hi Amy,

I can understand how stressful it is to wait and not get any reply after doing everything you need to do.. Yes, i think it would be best that you mention to them in your letter the expiration date of your LOA and give them a copy (highlighting the said date).

Normally LOA will be issue around 6-10 months from date of application submission with completed documents. (Base on case to case basis, timeline here mention is base on estimation only from previous experience). Once you receive the LOA, you are required to prepare and submit your PR application to CIC within 6 months from the date of LOA.

Time required by CIC visa stamping will be the last procedure when you have completed your medical test and passport requested by visa office. If your file is send to SVO, than it should be within 30 days from the passport submission.

What should be preferred channel basis the timeline it takes to get Visa

TO apply in NDVO POsT GETTING LOA FRON MPNP
OR
in FSW per is expected in a months time and then further processing

Something that makes me feel confuse is the fact that as the way I see, the people from Manitoba don't have any order to check the files, theres friends from the chat that have sended their files on sept or oct 2013, and already have changed their status...that's makes me feel like something is wrong, and think thata they maybe have lost my file , you know what I mean.

In the other hand, I have been reading that with the sponsor category, some of your sponsors have been called for an interview?, Am I right?. I thought that was with the old method, I mean that with the online application, your sponsor just send the settlement part 2 and with that is enought?, or I'm wrong?, my sponsor will be called for an interview too?
