Hi Ade,
there is no right or wrong answer for these questions, it's more personal reasons.
I have been in Manitoba as tourist before applying so I had the chance to visit and like it, and I have some friends here who can support me.

Would you mind being in-charge of the tracking sheet for your batch? It is better to have 1 or two people responsible to keep the tracking sheet updated and safe.

First time here. I am planning to apply thru online this coming may 2013. For General Stream at Manitoba PNP. But i am having second thoughts because I have just deposited the money this feb 2013. Do I have to wait for 6 months before applying?
