baka meron ka input or ideas kung bakit bigla ulit tumaas yung lowest ranking score. continous naman yung submission sa eoi so kahit mababa na ung lowest score pag mataas yung score nung kaka submit pa
lang for sure magkaka laa na siya. nag reset ba sila kc naka 1year na yung eoi? baka meron ka lang input and big help po

Hi mackymac,

I believe that they received more EOIs with higher scores than the previous months/draws. So in order for them to keep up with their quota in each draw, they have to increase the lowest score.

Just remember how the pool works .. The highest-scoring candidates in the pool will be invited on a regular basis to provide a full application to the MPNP.

Actually, hindi pa “reset” yan, otherwise, they’ll call it something like --- Draw 1, 2016… --- hence, it is Draw 16, 2016. It happened before with the SW in Manitoba.

Let’s continue praying and if possible, try to do some measures that will help you increase your score.

Just want to update my timeline--

May 2, 2015 - Sent Expression of Interest (EOI) to MPNP
Sept 26, 2015 - Received email Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA)
Nov 4, 2015 - Submitted Application
Nov 5, 2015 - Received MPNP FILE#
Nov 18, 2015 - Received acknowledgement from mpnp that SP2 has been received
Feb 29, 2016 - MPNP status updated to "assessment pending"
March 14, 2016 - supporter interview for 20 mins
March 15, 2016 - MPNP status updated to "assessment in process"
April 1, 2016 - MPNP status updated to "assessment complete"
April 2, 2016 - Received Letter of Nomination via email
May 9, 2016 - Sent PR visa application to CIO via DHL (took time to submit because DFA had problems printing passports)

Estimated date of delivery to CIO as per dhl - May 16, 2016

Hi everyone!

Im hoping to get some advice po kung papano ang gagawin sa additional dependent ko. I have a newborn baby. She's 6weeks old (born on April 21)and dont have birth certificate and passport. I submitted my application last May 26, di ko pa sya nasama sa dependent ko since sa EOI ko last March 04 wala pa sya pero yun nagsubmit ng SP2 ang sponsor ko eh nilagay na sya. Okay lang kaya yun? Or baka magkapronlem kami sa application.

Hi Pauline, mag log in ka lang sa account mo and you can add her birth certificate as a new document once na may copy ka na. then hopefully pag dumating na ung invitation to apply mo, may form na kasama for additional dependent

Hello.. Pinoy po ako... I just wanted to ask, is MPNP online application considered as EXPRESS ENTRY application? Ive checked via CIC website about the processing time.. Economy class> provincial nominee> express entry> process time is 6 MONTHS... Can someone gove some light? Thanks.

The MPNP is different from the Express Entry program. However, the Federal Government have given 500 Express Entry slots per year to Manitoba.

Some MPNP applicants will be asked by the MPNP if they want to continue through the Express Entry program.

FYI:

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has launched a new “sub-stream” to nominate a limited number of MPNP applicants for consideration under the Government of Canada’s Express Entry system.

Under the first ‘pilot’ phase of this initiative, only applicants who meet ALL the criteria below and are directly contacted by the MPNP will be considered for nomination under the new MPNP Express Entry “sub-stream”.

The MPNP will directly contact a limited number of applicants who:
•have an existing open application with a MPNP file number in the Skilled Worker Overseas stream within our inventory
•have the potential to meet the eligibility criteria of at least one of the three federal economic immigration programs included in Express Entry according to the assessment of a MPNP Immigration Officer based on the documents included with your current application

Once contacted by the MPNP, all selected candidates should:
•submit a complete Educational Credentials Assessment for Federal Skilled Worker applicants as well as evidence of settlement funds meeting higher federal requirements once contacted by the MPNP
•provide proof of successful completion of an Express Entry profile by sharing your Express Entry ID and Job seeker validation codes with the MPNP
