Hi guys! I'm planning to apply online this July and was searching for guides and tips on how to accomplish the settlement plan 1. I was wondering why in the form, the options are only for close relatives. My sponsor in Canada is my mom's first cousin so it makes our relationship as distant relatives. do I have to accomplish it still? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you have to accomplish the sp1 and sp2 for your sponsor. We have the same situation my sponsor is my mother's first cousin(distant relative) would fall under general stream.

I had my medical done April 13, 2013 but I still have no RPRF request? Im worried now.

Please update my data on the sheet.

I have taken my medicals last June 25, 2013. I have also payed my RPRF the same day via CEM dropbox.

I will submit additional medical requirements (specialist referral forms) tomorrow. I hope I clear my medicals soon.

You suppose to receive MR and RPRF together in the same e- mail, pls write the Visa office OR CIC to regularised this issue. Don't wait time on this. Take care.

PPR received - June 28, 2013 @ 11:58 am.
Courier to Visa Office - June 28, 2013 @ 05: 30 pm.

Hi I got my medical request by email. The letter says that I have attachments when I opened it it has 2 pages. 1st page medical examination instructions and the other page is the medical report client biodata and summary.

From the attachment you will see the CIC and Visa office addresses, but send your RPRF to your visa office that's going to handle your visa.

Kindly wait for the visa office request for payment of permanent resident fee. In my case when I got the email on medical and RPRF, it was stated in the email by the visa office that I should include evidence of the request when sending the bank draft to them. So what I did was to print the email and attached it to the bank draft and courier to the visa office. So if they haven't requested for it now, on what basis are you paying it.

Just exercise patience, it will be requested soon.
