I tried scanning my documents file size is bigger even if i have converted it to pdf. what did you guys used? colored or black and white? Maximun Total for attachment is just 5 MB.

before you convert the scanned pictures to pdf.. try to open a paint shop or MS word document in your computer/laptop, copy the picture(s) one by one, cut it and select paste special then hit JPG(JPEG), by doing this method it will reduce the size of your picture from MB down to KB, then convert it to pdf and it will perform another size reducing.

Hello everyone.. I would like to update my timeline, sponsor interviewed Feb. 21, 2012, LOA received March 18, 2013...

I know this is alittle bit premature but I have question in filling up the CIC forms, what did you use when you want to state UP TO PRESENT or TO DATE? Did you just leave it blank? Or? You put the present year and month on the TO field?
Ex. 2012/08 - ___ or 2012/08 - 2013/08. ??? Thanks, I got bored and started to fill up the forms. ;D

You're doing the right thing! I have filled-up mine even before my sponsor was interviewed. That's one way of "CLAIMING" the LOA...POSITIVE thinking. Consider it a DONE DEAL! From my lips to GOD's ears! ;D ;D ;D
With regard to your question, I put the "present date"... a day before I mailed my CIC application package.

You are right ad123164, you have to claim it by being optimistic and expectant. As for me I left it blank and when I printed the form I now wrote "TO DATE" in the section.

You will find the following:

In the to section of the history fields on the form, what do I write if I have not finished studying, working or if I am still living at the same address?

There are three history fields on the form: work history, address history and education history. Each includes a “to” section, where you normally write when you finished that activity or moved from that address. If you are still working or studying, or if you still live at that address, write “TODAY” or the date you are signing the application. If you do not know the exact dates, provide approximate dates.

When did you apply? Yes, MPNP is quite slow lately, I heard no sponsor interview in the past two weeks except mine's. Probably, they are so busy with the upcoming new point system for next month. Most of my batchmates August, GS, are still waiting for the interview and LOA.

Dear All,

As I posted earlier, it is more than 3 months after I was interviewed but did not receive LOA yet. I sent an email to Manitoba Immigration and got a reply on Jan 24 this year saying that my application is still under assessment. It also advised not to send inquiry frequently as it makes the processing slower than usual. However, I don't know how much more slower it can be than my case. Would you please suggest me if I need to resend a query about my status or just keep waiting with anxiety round the clock.
