MPNP Application 2012

Hi,
I just want to ask some questions.. When i submit my application in manitoba via mail do i have to include payment fee for permanent residency? or just the documents listed on the checklist? im confused because my friend told me that i should include it because of the new policy.. one thing more kindly tell me the updated forms for my application and how do i send my application like what envelope will i use.. thank you for the big help

Hey guys,
I just received my LOA. I am under General Stream, finished post-secondary education in Manitoba.
Here is my timeline, hope it helps.

2011.10.01: Application submitted(directly handed in to MPNP office by a friend).
2011.12.03: AOR. Additional docs required.(missing deposit certificate)
2012.12.15: Additional docs received.
2012.05.30: Submitted additional docs for my new born daughter.
2012.10.26: Telephone Interviewed by an MPNP officer.
2012.10.29: Sponsor interviewed. (I dont really need sponsors in my case, but they interviewed one of my sponsors anyways).
2012.11.01: LOA received.

Any idea how long it would take to receive my landing paper?

If you are applying to MPNP, you don't need to pay for processing fee and permanent residency. It is when you apply to CIC after your nomination/LOA from Manitoba, that you need to pay for the two.

Application by mail: http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/how-to-immigrate/mpnp-resources/apply-by-mail/. Under what stream do you plan to apply? Envelope? Any envelope will do as long as your documents will fit your application package.

I read few posts about bank statement and certificate but could not get any answer to my query.

Pls, is it possible to combine a Fixed Deposit(short-term) certificate from BANK A with a 6-month bank statement from BANK B? for online application.

I believe that in the Philippines, there's no national ID.

Yes this is true now only one frnd is sufficient for general stream i would advice you to kindly download the handbook from mpnp site as there are some other requirements as well like the frnd who will sponsor you cannot sponsor any one else till your process is complete.
